Nick Partridge
Founder / President
Nicholas Partridge is the founder and President of both Five Lakes Dental Practices Solutions and Credentialing DDS. Five Lakes is a revenue cycle consulting firm specializing in helping dental practices develop, implement and manage a PPO participation strategy to attract and retain patients and maximize reimbursements. Five Lakes has helped over 6,000 practices across all specialties nationwide. The company is a 4-time Inc. 5000 honoree as one of the fastest growing private companies in the US.
Credentialing DDS delivers provider enrollment services at scale for growing groups.
For more than 15 years, Mr. Partridge has been an industry leader in understanding and analyzing the impact of dental insurance networks on the financial health of a dental practice. He has been featured as a guest speaker and guest columnist for many events and publications on the topic of dental insurance and dental benefits. Mr. Partridge is actively involved in the industry co-founding the Association of Dental Revenue Cycle Consultants (www.adrcc.org), an active member of the National Association of Benefit Plans (www.nadp.org) and has served as a legal expert on Network Leasing.
Khalila Warren
Director of Operations & Integrator
Khalila Hicks serves as the Director of Operations and Integrator at Five Lakes Dental Practice Solutions, where she focuses on creating structure, supporting teams, and helping great ideas come to life. In her role, she works behind the scenes to ensure operations run smoothly, projects move forward, and everyone has the tools and clarity they need to succeed.
With a background in dental PPO management and a passion for thoughtful, people-centered leadership, Khalila enjoys building systems that make work more efficient and meaningful. She’s especially proud to support a team that’s dedicated, talented, and always striving to do what’s best for clients.
Khalila believes that good leadership starts with listening, and she brings that mindset to every part of her work. Whether she’s helping streamline internal processes or guiding new initiatives, she stays grounded in her goal of making things better for the team and the clients they serve.
Outside of work, Khalila is a proud mom of two and finds joy in the everyday chaos of family life. She’s all about finding balance, staying grounded, and celebrating small wins both at work and at home.
Brian Phillips
Director of Sales & Marketing
Brian (BDP) is the Director of Sales & Marketing for Five Lakes Dental Practice Solutions, a national consultancy that’s helped more than 30,000 dental professionals make sense of PPO participation and reclaim revenue often lost in the fine print. With deep experience in contracting strategy, credentialing, fee negotiations, and revenue-cycle performance, he leads teams focused on turning insurance complexity into real, measurable upside for private practices, dental groups, and DSOs.
Known for a clear, creative, passionate style, BDP helps organizations optimize participation, protect margins, and build scalable, data-driven frameworks. From PE-backed platforms to single-location offices, his goal is always the same: simplify the process, strengthen the strategy, and drive results.
Originally from Western Pennsylvania and now based in Northeast Ohio, he holds academic roots from Ohio University. Outside of work, he’s at his best outdoors—hiking, skiing, or catching live music whenever he gets the chance.

Larissa Spoor
Manager / Client Experience
Larissa Spoor is a seasoned Client Experience Manager at Five Lakes Dental, where she leads a high-performing team of Account Managers and Project Managers to deliver exceptional service and results. With over 12 years of management experience and a decade of expertise in account and project management, Larissa brings strategic oversight, operational efficiency, and a client-first mindset to every initiative.
She is known for driving team performance, optimizing client engagement processes, and ensuring seamless execution across all touchpoints. Her leadership is marked by a commitment to excellence, strong communication, and an ability to build lasting relationships with both clients and internal stakeholders.
Larissa earned her Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Kent State University and continues to leverage her background to foster collaboration, clarity, and success in complex project environments.
