**We have heard that Altus, Always Care and Level TPA, but can’t find anything online or otherwise to validate.
We started keeping track, but then the ADA started doing it for us. Here is their list of additional financial programs available from payers to providers.
1. Delta Dental of California
2. Guardian – Postponed new fee reviews during COVID-19.3. Principal – Postponed new fee reviews during COVID-19. (They are back negotiating again as of 6/1/20)4. Delta Dental of SD – increasing exam codes: D0120, D0140, D0145, D0150, D0160 and D0180. 5. BCBS KS – increasing fees by varying amounts over the course of the year, ending and returning to current fees January 1, 2021.6. United Concordia increasing fees for Tricare effective July 1, 2020.
